Late Jagjit Singh Live in Concert

Jagrut organized a star – studded extravaganza musical event with Late Jagjit Singh, who performed few of his famous Ghazals. The event was part sponsored by Neev, and was held on 8^th December,2010.

The Chief Guest for the evening was Ms. Priya Dutt(MP). The event was hosted with the aim of furthering the initiative against the spread of cancer in India and all proceeds were donated to the Nargis Dutt Memorial Charitable Trust, which has been one of the top NGO’s fighting against the dreaded disease in the city. Many film personalities from the big and small screen were present for the event. The evening beautifully culminated with Jagjit’s famous Ghazals like “Chitthi na koi Sandesh” and “Yeh daulat bhi le lo” along with other popular tunes.
