Blood Donation Drive held on 13^th December 2009 at Parle Tilak Vidyala, Hanuman Road, Vile Parle (E), Mumbai.

Jagrut is a social charitable organization under the leadership of Shri Narendra Hirani – President. Jagrut organized a blood donation camp at Parle Tilak Vidyala, Hanuman Road, Vile Parle (E), on Sunday 13^th December 2009.

This camp started at 8 a.m. and lasted till 5 p.m. The camp was a very good success as more than 250 bottles of blood were collected. This being the first event of Jagrut Charitable Trust, the collection of more than 250 bottles was really praiseworthy. People from all walks of life, irrespective of caste and creed came for donation acknowledging the importance of blood donation.

This effort was endorsed by Hon’ble Smt. Priya Dutt (MP), Shri Kripashankar Singh (MLA), President MRCC, and Shri Krishna Hegde (MLA)

Jagrut is on the move and its next project will be a medical camp for the poor and marginalized. This camp was held in association with Nargis Dutt Memorial Foundation.

The president and his team would like to thank one and all for coming in large numbers and making this blood donation drive a tremendous success.
